I am in Oslo for the rest of the week, visiting friends, family, and my princess of course =) Not much time to spend online now, so I guess the blogging will die down for the rest of the month.. If something happens though, I’ll let the world know as always.
IBX had a kickoff event this weekend. We went out to the Stockholm archipelago at a hotel, and had a great time. Beside the usual state-of-the-company stuff, the dinners and the heavy drinking we went sailing!! Not the usual sailing trip, but we had 9 boats which we were competing with, against each other. Most of us had never sailed before, some never even been on a boat, and since WE were supposed to sail (and not some instructor, although we had one to teach us onboard) this was pretty exciting.
Here I am, in full sailing gear! Excited, and hungover
My team, in the beginning. We started to sail after learning some basic stuff. The captain onboard was just there to advice and see to security. The first leg of the race was pretty though. Being hungover, and having to work really hard, was.. ehrr.. HARD! =) We had strong winds, and made many errors since we were mostly novice sailers, but we prevailed and:
A couple of hours later WE WON! Pride filled the group as we were eating lunch,
and I may have made some cocky remarks to the other boats But we still needed one more win to secure the overall win.
The last leg was easier, as we knew what to do now, BUT: The wind had died, and the margin of error was allot bigger. We needed tactics now: Catching the wind, positioning the sails, and stealing opponents wind was crucial!
But being a bunch of sailer kings as we were, this was our competition after an hour of sailing
So after a while we sailed in as winners again, and won the overall competition. Easy peacy, haha =) Here we are celebrating our victory with champagne!
Sailing was awesome, and I wanna go sometime again. First I need to get the 5 millions needed for getting a boat like this, guess I´ll make an withdrawal from the norwegian petroleum fund
WE DID IT!!! oh my god, we did it!!! I cant describe the joy I am feeling right now..It is insane!! Christ, we are the champions!! AGAIN!!! Damnit I regret I didnt go to Moscow.. All the money in the world wouldnt matter, THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!
Congratulations ManU fans! WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!

We all suspected it, but now it is confirmed: sources close to the 3G iPhone launch have told Gizmodo that Apple will announce their new model at the WWDC Keynote on June 9th. The second-generation iPhone will be available worldwide right after the launch, and not at year’s end, as previously thought.
Would be pretty awesome! Jump over to Giz for the read
